1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 43bd platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and all its users ("you", "user"). By visiting the 43bd website or creating an account, you give your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms, together with 43bd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other applicable policies, form the overall conditions of use. In the event of any conflict between these documents on any matter, these main Terms shall take precedence.

43bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Users are advised to check this page regularly at their own responsibility.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use the services at 43bd:

You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract as a competent individual.
Your permanent residence is not in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
You are not an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of 43bd.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Accounts may not be created on behalf of a company, organization, or any other legal entity. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3 Account Verification & Security

43bd reserves the right to verify the identity of every account in order to operate as a safe and reliable platform. The following documents may be requested for verification:

A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account)

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false or forged information will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may be confiscated.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 43bd support team immediately. 43bd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 43bd are secured through SSL encryption technology. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Deposit Rules

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used by the original depositor.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed until account verification is complete.
43bd reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for investigation.

Any bank charges or fees arising from currency conversion or international transfers are to be borne by the user. 43bd does not impose any transaction fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

43bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers carry their own rules, but the general conditions below always apply.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
Example: A deposit of ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: bonus amount × 20.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after ৳30,000 in wagers.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Policy

Each promotional offer may be used only once per account.
Intentional use of fraudulent methods to earn bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled.
43bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been completed.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

43bd believes in fair play. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial.

There is no possibility of tampering with game results — the RNG determines every outcome at random.
If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the wager for that round will be cancelled and the amount will be returned.
In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, the decision of 43bd shall be considered final.
Using bots, automated software, or any other automated method to play games is strictly prohibited.
In the sports betting section, the outcome of wagers will be determined based on verified data.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 43bd platform. Violating these prohibitions carries the risk of account closure and confiscation of funds:

Conducting money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
Abusing the bonus system, such as repeatedly claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
Using another user's identity or operating an account under a false identity.
Using software, bots, or any technological aid to influence game outcomes.
Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
Playing games in coordination with other users ("collusion").
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
Using the 43bd name or logo to mislead others.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

43bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Providing false or fraudulent information.
Detection of suspicious financial activity.
Proven participation in prohibited activities.
In accordance with an order from a court or law enforcement agency.

If any valid funds remain in the balance at the time of account closure, they will be returned after the investigation is complete and provided no breach of the Terms is found.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team, and may in particular request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
